PRICES
The prices published on the GuitarSpares website apply only to orders placed over the Internet or by post or over the telephone. All prices are subject to change without notice. Within the context of these terms and conditions, and this web-site as a whole, the names and identities of GuitarSpares and Applestone Music & Sound Ltd are interchangeable. GuitarSpares is a trading name of Applestone Music & Sound Ltd. All correspondence should be addressed to Applestone Music & Sound Ltd.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We offer a large catalogue of items and it is possible that from time to time there will be errors in pricing and other information caused either by our mistake or by errors in the data sent to us by manufacturers and publishers. If this means that your order would cost more than anticipated we will check with you by email before processing your order. If the price increase is small, we may at our discretion decide to absorb the increase ourselves.

GUARANTEE (YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER)
We want you to be happy with the service you get from GuitarWorldUK. Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 working days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This guarantee does not extend to pre-packaged video recordings or computer software.

If the goods you receive are faulty please return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 10 days and we will either repair or replace them, or refund the cost of the goods. If the goods you receive are not what you ordered, please return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will either replace them with the goods you ordered, or refund the cost of the goods and carriage. Please call us before returning any goods. We cannot accept returned goods without prior notification. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on your rights, please refer to the DTI directive on Distance Selling - Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334 "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000"

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please contact Cathy McGugan (see our Contact Us page) for details of how to return defective items to us.

NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS
If your goods are not delivered to you within 14 days of the despatch date you must notify us immediately, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for the lost goods. You will be notified of the despatch date by e-mail shortly after we have received your order.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Any claim arising from damage in transit must be made to GuitarWorldUK within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods. Please check the cases and contents immediately upon receipt, and before signing for them. Goods seen to be damaged should be signed "Damaged in transit" and packaging materials should be preserved for inspection.

GOVERNING LAW
Your use of the GuitarSpares website and any purchase of any products using the GuitarSpares website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
